Barry S. Jacobson, Esq.

Mr. Jacobsen is an attorney admitted to practice in all the courts and administrative tribunals in New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, as well as all Federal courts. Formerly Mr. Jacobsen acted as New York City Assistant Corporation Counsel, Assistant District Attorney, Associate Counsel to the New York State Department of Health Office of Professional Medical Conduct, Administrative Law Judge for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Traffic Violations Bureau and Senior Administrative Law Judge for the New York City Parking Violations Bureau.

Mr. Jacobsen is currently President of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicle Administrative Law Judges Association, Chairman of the Brooklyn Bar Association Criminal Court and Administrative Law Committees, Trustee of the Brooklyn Bar Association, member of the American Bar Association and the American Judges Association Traffic Court Committees. He is currently an Arbitrator for the New York City and Small Claims Courts, the Nassau County District Court, Nassau County Small Claims Assessment Review Judge, American Arbitration Association, National Association of Securities Dealers.


Samuel Kramer, Esq.

Mr. Kramer received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree from New York University. He was admitted to the bar in 1983.

Mr. Kramer has substantial experience in bankruptcy law, including individual and corporate debtors and commercial creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11, and has represented Chapter 7 Trustees in a wide range of Adversary Proceedings, transactional matters and liquidation of assets.

Mr. Kramer has also litigated personal injury actions, represented parties in Surrogate's Court and matrimonial actions, and served as Court appointed counsel to a Guardian and Court Mediator in Civil Court.

Mr. Kramer is currently a member of the Wainscott Citizens Advisory Committee, Co-Chair and a member of the New York County Lawyers Association Committee, Co-Chair.


Michael R. Freeda

Michael R. Freeda, Esq., is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and has been admitted to practice in New York since 1994.

He worked for over 7 years for a general liability firm in Queens, specializing in insurance defense and plaintiff's personal injury litigation, where he obtained substantial jury trial and Appellate Court experience. He has also handled numerous no-fault and arbitration matters, Small Claims Court appearances, and has experience handling estate probates, and real estate transactions.

He is a member of the New York and Nassau County Bar Associations and currently sits as an arbitrator for the Courts in Queens County, New York.
